A release date has come out for James Bond: Quantum of Solace, for North America, and it is November 4th 2008, joining the many other games releasing this fall. If you preorder the game at GameStop, you will also get a token to download a map pack for the game. If you preorder it at Best Buy, then you will get $10 off any James Bond DVD.

Activision has finally slapped a release date on their upcoming Quantum of Solace movie tie-in. The James Bond-flavored first-person shooter should be hitting North American stores on November 4 -- just over a week before the film's opening night. That should be more than enough time to play through the game for a refresher on the events of Casino Royale, and maybe a few spoilers from the new flick to boot.
