In this week's issue of Weekly Famitsu, it has been announced that Level-5 has a bunch of new titles in the works, with one of them being Ninokuni for the Nintendo DS. The game's genre is unknown as of right now.

Ninokuni, which will have a home console release later, will be one of the products celebrating developer/publisher Level-5's 10th year anniversary. The game's animation will be done by the famed Studio Ghibli, which was founded by the equally famous anime director Hayao Miyazaki. A book will be bundled with the game that will contain information to be used in-game; the player will need to use this book as a reference.

The game currently has a 2009 release date. Expect more on the title at the upcoming Level-5 Vision 2008. Magazine pictures courtesy of Wii @ Everyday.
