Next week’s Rock Band tracks uncovered

Next week's Rock Band track's have been revealed, Harmonix is upping how much DLC they release each week, because they made a promise that 500 songs would be available by the end of the year. Here are the songs for this week:

* The Offspring "Gone Away"
* The Offspring "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)"
* The Offspring "Self Esteem"
* Against Me! "Stop!"
* Free "All Right Now"
* George Thorogood and the Destroyers "Bad to the Bone"
* Harvey Danger "Cream & Bastards Rise"
* Screaming Trees "Nearly Lost you"
* Static-X "Push It"

They will be available on October 7th 2008, with each track costing 160 Microsoft points.

Harmonix is stepping up the number of DLC released each week to ensure it reaches the promised "500 available songs" by years end. That total includes all tracks already available on Rock Band 1 and 2, but still requires a significant outpouring of DLC over the next few months. Next week, Harmonix releases nine new songs, including a three-pack from The Offspring.

    Should of put "1 Bourbon, 1 Scotch, 1 Beer" by George Thorogood instead of "Bad to the Bone". Would of been more interesting to sing .

      Yeah, I can think of a few. "Defy You", "The Kids Aren't Alright", and a few from Ixnae the Hombre would be nice.
