The PSP-3000, which is not a vacuum cleaner, is headed to store shelves on October 14th. It will also come bundled with one of Sony's popular action-adventure titles.

Sony has announced that the third version of the PSP, the PSP-3000, will hit stores in North America on October 14th - no doubt to commemorate the 942nd anniversary of the Battle of Hastings.

Wow, the name is certainly catchy (Lol at Vaccuum cleaner!), but I'd like to know what makes it better than the previous PSP.

The screen is not any bigger just a lot better. It has a much wider color gamut, higher contrast ratio, and anti-reflection technology. Also it now has a built in microphone. And is supposedly Pandora proof. edit.
