Saints Row 2 Trophies Confusion - Now Solved - No Trophies At Launch

There had been some confusion previously as to whether or not there would be trophies in Saints Row 2 or not, however it seems this has been cleared up with an official word given:

Sorry but Cirose did not relay the correct information. There are no PS3 trophies at this time in SR2. If any other information becomes available, you know I'll share it with everyone.

      Meh, I've become more excited about this game than Bioshock to be honest. Though it may just be my fear of playing that game on the hardest difficulty (I had trouble beating Uncharted on Crushing, I dread to think what Bioshock will be like).
