GTA: San Andreas coming to XBLM

It's now confirmed Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will soon be available as a downloadable title via Xbox Live Marketplace, and very soon, too.

Originally released three years ago, San Andreas marks the fifth installment in the series; it is the best-selling video game in the United States, and has sold over 21 million copies worldwide.

The game will be available as an Xbox Original title on Monday, October 20 at a cost of 1200 Microsoft Points (roughly £10).

The game was originally released in 2005 and saw players assume the role of Carl Johnson (C.J.) as he battled corrupt cops and streetlife in early '90s America.

        Yeah, had more fun with 3 than any other in the series, but San Andreas is one of the higher ups.

        I dunno. It's been a while since I played the game. I may download it, play it and come back with a totally different opinion for all I know.

        I've been meaning to borrow ( ) it from my brother for a while now, mind you.

    Whilst the PC version is sufficient enough for me, this is such a good download for anyone who hasnt played it. In my opinion, one of the best games of all time. XBLM for the win!

    i love GTA SA but Vice City was my favorite, best story, best sound track and some of the best humor of all the gta games.

        No not really. there's a difference. This game won't have any graphical upgrade to it. Where as people want FF7 remake for the graphical upgrade and voice overs. You can't compare a 1st generation PS game to a second one. Thats idiotic, its like trying to compare apples to oranges. There's going to be no difference between SA on the disc and the download one.
