Ubisoft is giving gamers a look back into the past with a re-release of the 1989 classic, The Prince of Persia. The game will be made available to help in the promotion of the new next-gen Prince of Persia game.

Prince of Persia Classic, like Bionic Commando Rearmed, is essentially the same as the original game but the graphics no longer look like 8-bit ass. They've been all three-dimensionalized and such. Also, the prince now resembles the hero from the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, unfortunate facial hair and all. More importantly, there's new puzzles, traps, and enemies.

Wait, didn't this come out already for the 360? Is this just the PS3 version? There was an enhanced version of the original PoP on Live (I am pretty sure I have it in Arcade)... Oh wait, so they did a newer enhanced version of the original PoP?

Hmm, regretting that original 500Pt Arcade purchase now... thanks Ubisoft... jeers.
