This has been a long time coming. With recent research revealing that most gamers are above the age of 18, tomorrow the Interactive Entertainment Association of Australia will begin campaigning to Australia's government for an R-18+ rating in video games ...

The Interactive Entertainment Association of Australia will tomorrow launch a campaign to urge governments to adopt an R18+ rating for computer games using research that says the average Australian gamer is aged 30.

Australian Family Council spokesman Bill Muehlenberg said the 15-year-old limit on computer games should remain.

    I hope this does something. Michael Atkinson is just being a pain in the ass right now and I hope this might go towards swaying his vote.
