The Rock Band 2 release date for Europe has been released, and the date is November 21st. However in some areas of Europe it'll release a week earlier, and it will be £49.99. The game has 100+ games when you first buy it.

Rock Band 2 will release in the UK on November 21 for Xbox 360 and a week earlier in some European territories.

The game has an Xbox 360 "exclusive launch window" in the region and will set you back £49.99, with standalone Rock Band 2 hardware set to follow at the beginning of December.

The Rock Band 2 soundtrack will feature over 100 songs at launch, and developer Harmonix and its partners EA and MTV Games are keen to stress that the new game's no Rock Band 1.5.
