An article about the possibility of Xbox Live shorting out due the over-usage of the service. Microsoft is looking to fix the problem, as many big-name multiplayer games are due out later this month.

During the 2007 holiday season, the sudden influx of new Xbox 360 owners onto Xbox Live overwhelmed the servers and caused sporadic service outages. This left many gamers...perturbed. Well, Microsoft was angry too and they swear those sort of problems won't happen again.

    Im not sure if they can promise this tbh. They can't predict how many people go on the service and really over use it. Im not trying to start anything just saying realistically I don't know if they can promise something like this.
