Well the game has finally gone gold. And if you're a fan of either DC Universe or Mortal Kombat or both, this game will surely be something you want to check out. The game releases in North America on November 17 and throughout Europe on the 21st.

Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe (PS3, Xbox 360) goes gold and it's Midway Games seems to be making good on its schedule for release. It looks like MK opened another portal in yet another realm - this time, they wind up face to face with the heroes and villains of DC.

With the Fatalities and violence toned down, the bloodthirsty warmongers of MK won't get to spill as much hero blood as MKfans would like, but the righteous heroes of DC would be glad to know they won't have to break their oaths of non-killing.
