Nintendo has noticed the "abnormal lack of stock" for the Nintendo Wii. Nintendo has now promised that they will increase the stock available for the Wii, in order to try to feed the demand better. Nintendo tried to make a system for everyone, and they seem to be a little too successful. We'll see if they are able to hold true to their supply increase by next month.

Nintendo’s president acknowledged Friday that the shortage of the hit Wii game machine was “abnormal,” and promised production was being boosted to increase deliveries by next month.

We must do our best to fix this abnormal lack of stock,” Nintendo President Satoru Iwata told reporters. “We have not been able to properly foresee demand.”

That's really good news. Even though I don't see myself buying one in the future, I'm sure other people will be really excited that more Wii consoles will be in stock for them to purchase.

Definately others will be excited about this news because so many want the console. As for me I have one so I'm good to go.

I have one so I'm fine, but I'm sure this is relieving news to the people who have yet to buy one.
