I wonder if all the games will have online two player / multiplayer would be pretty damn awesome playing golden axe with people from neo.
THIS is the golden axe we need, not any of that beast rider crap.

Awesome games on there. Many of which I wanted to be on the 'ordinary' Mega Drive Collection, but weren't (notably Streets of Rage, and Sonic 3).

How much of an upgade will it get? Anyway I would be an idiot to pass this up.

Probably not much unless they go through the games and remove every single old 16-bit texture that gave the game it's original charm, it'll look exactly the same the HD upgrade will probably just be there to serve so the game looks exactly the same on 50" TV's that weren't the norm in households circa 1992 lol.

2d games didn't use textures, they used sprites. o__O

Bandito they may have used sprites but they are still textures in the primative form and they can be upgraded, you can call them anything you like but in todays age they are textures and nothing changes that.

Holy shit, I can't believed I missed one of my favorite games of all time for Genesis:
    Dynamite Headdy!!

I was trying to remember that title names for months now, and I remembered what the game was like in my head. OMFG Im soooo getting this collection now.

Question: Does anyone think Pirates Gold will make the collection? I mean it is from Sega and pretty much a classic. I hope so.

...This is full list of currently announced titles to be included in the package:
Actually the list is "full currently" known games not to mention it states over 40 titles and there's only 40 exact games listed. So with that I can definitely see Pirates Gold making it, or hoping.

        Edit: Errors for the lose

This reminds me of Old Wizard and their hate for Genesis games, well they can go *bleep* themselves because this is gonna be awesome.
