Sniping in Killzone 2 is going to be tad trickier than the average shooter. When looking through the scope of the sniper you have to keep the SixAxis controller steady to hold your breath, the more you tilt it the shakier your scope becomes.

In games such as Call of Duty when you have to snipe you hold your breath (by pressing a button) to get a steady aim. In Killzone 2 this has been otherwise resolved, the more you move the controller, the more your sniper as it were, goes to "shake".

I personally think this could be a nice addition. It could go bad though in some ways.

Of course not, I mean Wii's motion sensoring is so cool and awesome.

Anyway, this sounds awesome, as long as gamers have a choice with either analog or tilt sense or whatever it was called for heavenly sword.

The difference is - Killzone 2 would never release on the Wii, so it doesn't matter

Not only could the Wii not handle the graphics or processing power required (read my article on it not being able to handle the RE5 opening scene), but the big-wigs at Nintendo would never allow such a dastardly gory and violent game on their family friendly system.

(though, things do seem to be improving about the latter)

        Um Death:
        No More Heroes
        Mad World

Those two games, while cartoon-stylized violence, up the ante with sexual themes, mature content (pumping the wiimote like masturbating to charge up your sword in NoMoreHeroes), and "substance" use.

Nintendo doesn't mind dastardly gory and violent games on their family friendly console (Resident Evil 4?), I think you meant to say that it isn't their primary focus and would prefer MORE family oriented games than MORE dastardly gory and violent games.

Like I said, they are improving about the latter half of my statement.

    Touche, missed the (comment) Death!

Not sure I am digging the SixAxis sniping ... It took a while for me to get the hang of the "projectile control" from Heavenly Sword, and LAIR - didn't beat that until the analog patch came out (yes, I went back and finished it before trading it in)...

Maybe I need more SixAxis practice... the only thing I've enjoyed with Sixaxis is Flow (actually looking forward to Flower)

Umm GRAW 2 did this with sniping but it never got much recognition for it. Hell GRAW used the SIXAXIS in so many great ways than a usuall shooter doesn't.

I found GRAW's implementation wasn't as responsive as it could have been. Some motions were almost impossible to pull off because the minute differences in motion would trigger another animation instead.
