Signed Halo 3 Xbox 360 Up For Auction

Sakura | May 01, 2007 | News | XBOX 360
You might have seen a similar auction like this for the Nintendo Wii. Now you can get an Xbox 360 with a Halo 3 design on it, autographed by all of the people at Bungie to help raise money for the Make-A-Wish foundation. The 360 is also sold with a Crackdown, but it is going for well over $1000. There is still over a week left, so we'll see how high this console sells for.
To celebrate the Xbox 360 console's first birthday in Australia, the Xbox Australia team has joined forces with an array of celebrities to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Australia by auctioning off celebrity autographed Xbox 360 consoles. This is a 1-of-a-kind customised Xbox 360 console personally autographed by Bungie, creators of the Halo trilogy.

You will not find another like it in the world.

The lucky winner of the auction will receive the Xbox 360 system which includes the customised celebrity Xbox 360 console (airbrushed with portrait image and personally signed by Bungie, creators of the Halo trilogy), an Xbox 360 wireless controller, an Xbox 360 20 gig hard-drive, an Xbox 360 Media Remote and Xbox Live Silver membership. Total retail value is $649.00.

It'll be interesting to see how much this goes for in the end, considering the amount the sprayed red ps3 went for a few weeks back.

Nice design. Not a fan of Halo but I know some crazed-friends that will put down money for this, if they haven't already. They already have a 360 but since Halo's their favorite series, they'll shoot for it.

Well the highest bid is $8,000.00 now!! And there are 6 days left. That's a lot of money. It's a good thing they will go for a noble cause.
