Top 5 Sonic Games

It's fair to say most gamers have bashed Wii Music, most not even considering it a game at all, just some shovel ware Nintendo wants to sell to idiotic casual gamers. And perhaps Nintendo will try a little harder to please hardcore gamers next time, as fans have struck Nintendo where it hurts most, their wallets. Early sales reports for Wii Music estimates its sales around 50 000 so far, which while good comes no where near Wii Fit. Nintendo are still defending the title though, Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo executive vice president of sales and marketing calling it an "evergreen title"
Wii Sports and Wii Fit have, for the most part, sold at astronomical rates. Though, the same cannot be said for the third brother in the family, Wii Music. Reported NPD numbers say that Wii Music sold more than 50,000 units, which isnt exactly terrible. However, compared to Wii Fit, Wii Music has garnered a less successful reception. Nintendo wholeheartedly believes in the game, however, and are more than willing to defend the games sales.

Nintendo should start to realizes that the consumer isn't as much of an idiot as they thought.
With that in mind, the fact that they paid £80 for something they only used the once (or twice) does (in my opinion) make them slightly idiotic, but that may just be because I do watch where I spend my money - or at least try to. I never buy anything I don't need... and yes I need my PS3 to survive
I remember that when it was released, I'd walk out from NUHQ in Norwich, and people would be walking around having just been game/argos/other places walking out with Wii Fits... most of them also seemed to be overweight... I wonder how often they all actually used it...
In the UK, Nintendogs is still £30, as is New Super Mario Bros., and the Brain Training brigade are all still £20 - all still at their original launch prices. The NEWEST title in that lot is two and a half years old.
Wii Music will sell to fourteen year old boys via their mothers this christmas, come January you won't find it anywhere...
What do you expect from a big company? For them to say "Well, I guess we were wrong, we'll go commit seppuku to wash away our shame"......
But nevertheless, it probably WILL continue to sell a bit, for a long time. Just not a LOT.
Simply because the 'casual' and 'Nintendo fanboy/fangirl' crowd will buy into it. Well, some of them anyhow.
You could put eyes on a rock, and countless people could buy it....
Wait, that's already happened XD
There are always people who'd buy anything, just because they're mindless sheep who listen to everything a company spouts out as (what they call) 'truth' >_>
And when I was fourteen year old, if I wanted to play an instrument, I'd actually get it, not wave my hands like a maniac to play it on a "virtual" drum set/guitar/other instrument...
This is definitely not something you'd do on your own either, so unlike Wii Sport or SSBB I don't see many people getting this and playing it on their own - at least not gamers.
Anyway Nintendo, maybe now you'd know what gamers really want to play and see, which is Fatal Frame 4 and not this horrific excuse of a title. More adverts for that game please!!! Thanks.
