This news actually upsets me. Konami just doesn't know how to appeal to the American audience like Rock Band and Guitar Hero grasp us. Less covers and more licensed songs. Also better drum set up next time.

Ah, Rock Revolution. It’s Konami’s answer to Guitar Hero and Rock Band, both of which are actually rip-offs of Konami’s own GuitarFreaks. I know, it’s complicated. Either way, Rock Revolution looked to be anything but, selling a paltry 2,900 copies since its release on October 15th.

Of those 2,900 copies, exactly two were for the Nintendo Wii.

Two.

Two.

Wow . . . Not knocking the Wii at all, but I have to laugh at that one! Wow . . . TWO?!

It's always a bit amazing when you think about a company selling a single digit or easy-to-count-up-to amount of something.

It's terrible for the company itself, but still something to gawk at!

You know all this really shows is just how crap the game itself is. I mean come on if a group as desperate for good games as Wii owners are don't give a crap about it then somethings horribly wrong.

Either that or it shows just how bad the casual games market is on the Wii. The vast majority of people are just buying it for the crappy party games and Rock Revolution doesn't count. Why make hardcore games when that's not what your audience wants?

LOL, at least try to hide your blatant hate for the Wii and your favoritism towards the PS3.

Anyway, why would anyone buy this if they can just buy Rock Band or Guitar Hero? Maybe this shows that Wii owners are smarter then PS3 or 360 owners? haha.

I don't hate the Wii. I did buy one after all. Yes, I prefer the PS3 and 360. I just don't care for the vast majority of games on the system. But my son loves Brawl and Mario in general so whatever. Mario Galaxy was alright for the hour or so I could actually play it before he wanted to take the controller back.

Smarter than 2898 of them anyway.

That must really hurt. Not that I enjoyed the Rock Revolution bit at E3. The whole thing was over before the audience really had a chance to react, though it wasn't getting much of a reaction as some of the other games got.

Now lets see if more people start doing this with any current or future shovelware the Wii has made to send a message.

Well, your doing a good deed by giving Konami some well needed dosh.

Its like you gave that money to the homeless guy selling those magazines.

Keep it. It might be worth a lot of money one day. XD Or you could take a picture of yourself with the game, post it online, and be seriously famous.

Hahaha, forever be known as that guy that bought RR on Wii. Internet fame.

If a game is multi-platform, I'd rather narrow it down to the PS3/360 than the Wii. Nothing against Wii, but I enjoy their exclusives much more than some half-down multi-plat game.

Whoa. AT, I guess it you and me are the only ones who have it. xD

Well, it's decent to say the least. I mean, it's not Guitar Hero or nothing, but it's decent for what it was supposed to do.

Probably. I wouldn't doubt there's many more people have bought it, but haven't been recorded as they, 'bought' it.

I don't really HATE the game persay, it could have been better.
