Shame it sucked balls in terms of gameplay.

Lets hope this new one does justice to POP.

I enjoyed Assassin's Creed as well. To each their own.

The first time through I thought it was an epic game. It was a shame about replayability, but on your first go, it was amazing.

It didn't suck balls, it just lacked extra features. I'm just not sure if AC was supposed to take PoP place. And curious how that came to be.

Final Blade hit the nail on the head. Assassin's Creed had plenty of awesome gameplay and free-roam. It's just that the missions were all the same.

          Awesome Easter Egg. =D

When was it meant to replace PoP exactly? They're continuing with AC and they're continuing with PoP as well. At what point was AC its replacement?

AC was supposed to be awesome. It turned out to be a flop, and PoP turned out pretty damn good.

AC was supposed to be awesome. That doesn't mean it was meant to be a replacement

I wouldn't call it a flop. It could have been much worse.

I have the Prince of Persia trilogy. But I havent touched it yet. Had it for about 2 years lol. Is it worth digging into? Ill start with Sands of Time obviously, but I dunno if they are really worth spending time on. Opinions anyone?

Sands od Time is awesome. A perfectly balanced Platform game with combat dashed in to break-up the action. Think "the Resident Evil 4 of the Platform genre".

The other two, in my opinion (although I'm sure many will disagree), were far too heavily focused on the combat, and lost the tight design of Sand of Time. But that's my opinion...
