Resident Evil 5 Demo Coming Dec. 5th

The highly anticipated Resident Evil 5 is almost upon us, but we get treated to a treat before the game comes out. A demo is planned to be released on December 5th, but currently its only planned for Xbox Live; no word if the PSN demo is scheduled to come out around the same time.

Capcom has a big pre-Christmas surprise on the way for Xbox 360 owners: a demo of Resident Evil 5!

Famitsu reports in its latest issue that a demo of the latest and greatest in survival horror will be available on Xbox Live Marketplace starting December 5. Players will be able to sample two stages of play set in that familiar urban setting from past game show demos. These stages will be playable both offline and through co-op.

    Chances are if it's Japan only the ease of access for none Japanese gamers getting on the Japanese store on a PS3 might be the reason why PS3 won't get it.

    If it does come out for the U.S. and it's anything like the last horror demo I downloaded(DeadSpace), I will be bored in the first 5 minutes.

      Well technically this game is no longer horror and it seems to go the way of action. So if your a fan of Gears of War or something similar you might like this game......cept the controls >.>


      But I like the old tank like system.

        Yeah that's kind of what I've been hearing. I've never played a Resident Evil game, I was going to start with 4 but I didn't want to spend the money just to scare myself (never enjoyed being scared).

    You can just download from a Japanese account on the PS3 though, right?
