Fans of Resistance will be very pleased by this bunch of info released about some of the additions to the series. First off is PSP title Resistance: Retribution, with a likely release date, price and boxart. Next is the upcoming novel Resistance: The Gathering Storm with a release date, price and the final cover art. Finally are the Resistance Comics with a release date, cover art for the first three issues and more general info made available.

Today information was released concerning the North American and European release dates for Resistance: Retribution (PSP) along with the probable cover art for the US version of the game, according to a couple of online stores (Gamestop.com and Play.com) the North American release date is scheduled for the 3rd March 2009 and the UK/European release date is scheduled for the 27th March 2009, GameStop.com are listing the game for $39.99 while Play.com are listing it for £24.99.

    I really like the simplistic boxart for Retribution. The cover of the novel, however, looks hideous. It looked cool on the front of FoM, but just looks stupid on a book.

    I'm the oppisite dynasty, I love the novel cover but dont like the psp cover. That skull/helmet has always been one of my fav wallpapers.

    Either way, things are looking good. Even though I would rather hear something about resistance 3 instead of some books and comics because of how number 2 ended.

    Sweet, I always wanted to play a Resistance game, and it's coming out on the PSP. I can't wait.
