Killzone 2: Welcome to Helghast on Feb. 27th

Sorry Red, it turns out the game won't come out on the 17th like it was rumored. But it has been confirmed to have a final release date. Killzone 2 will be in your hands on Febuary 27th, only 10 days later then the rumored release date. Europe is also rumored to have the same time frame as the NA launch.

Guerilla Games' upcoming PS3-exclusive Killzone 2 just received an official release date. Sony announces that the shooter is going to arrive to North American retailers on February 27, 2009.


Speaking to Video Gamer Sony UK rep also said that the company plans to launch the game in Europe approximately during the same period.

    Just ask for it as a late present, I asked for LittleBigPlanet on August the 24th and naturally it didn't come out till two months later, worth the wait though.

      Good idea. Hell, I may even be able to squeeze in 2 games for my birthday, seeing as this comes out later...mmm, a plan formulates!

    Dammit, this comes out the day after my birthday. I'll just buy it with the money though. Yay falling gas prices!
