People are convinced Home has been delayed again, but director Jack Buser says the software is still going to be released this month, right after the open Beta. He also encourages to developers to make content for Home, promising not even to charge if the developers want to work it out for themselves. As well as this he mentions how developer created content can work, giving the the example of Uncharted where players have to work out a puzzle to open and door and what's within.

Home will indeed hit a 2008 launch, it's most recent launch date, but only after going through an open beta, Home director Jack Buser told me in a recent interview.

And the new 3D interface for the Playstation 3 will bring with it a paradigm shift in the way people look at and interact with games, he said.

"Playstation home makes online gaming a lot more like what multiplayer gaming used to be," he said. " It will fundamentally change the way people play games or think about games."

I think developers making content for Home would be great for them. They get to create a space built for advertising their game and you can guarantee alot of people will see it.

My question is, when the full version release comes about, will your Public Beta work be erased? Like your Home reset?

    I'd hope not....
