In what can be described as a Christmas Treat From Insomniac, we will today be given a couple of treats on the Playstation Network. Included in the treats are the following:

    Haha, pity I don't have Resistance 2, otherwise i'd be going crazy now. Gotta love Insomniac's fun loving festive spirit, it's about time some companies had it!

      Why would they "remaster" them? They're simply going to make all the maps free of charge... hopefully hte store will be back up soon

          I doubt very much they'd do that even if they could. They've already been released, and the only work that they'd do is fix any bugs... apart from that, the maps already look really good... there's no need for them to upscale them.

    Yeah, I got the maps and all of the themes. Probably never going to use the maps, but the Americana theme looks great. Haven't really given the other 2 a chance.

    People have been asking to make the map packs free for ages on Myresistance, not surprised to see that happen. Though it's a bit late, would have been better to do before the release of R2, to increase hype and bring more people back to the series.
