Capcom should take notice for those who still have never been able to enjoy Dead Rising because of the small text problem. Rare has released a patch that gives you the option to play the game with larger text, thus allowing you to actually read what is going on if you are playing on a standard definition television (ie, still the majority of gamers).

Without much of an announcement, Rare just released a Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts title update that fixes the game's smallest biggest problem, the small text. Yes sir, the Nuts & Bolts small dialog text issue has been resolved! After the title update is installed, a new "Large Dialogue Text Option" is available under the game display options on the main screen. Once this box is checked, the game's dialog text is embiggened. Or, if you're a purist, you can keep the small text by keeping the option unchecked.

I've been playing Dead Rising a lot lately and I've encountered no such "small text problem". Then again, I play on a sexy TV

Wow, so they actually fixed it? This is great, the text is virtually impossible to read on my SDTV and losing out on the dialogue was one of the reasons I didn't buy Nuts and Bolts. With this patch, though, I'll definitely reconsider.

It's nice to see they actually fixed it, though, unlike some other developers >_>.

Why announce you have no plans to fix it when really you did?
