That "little blue guy" is BOB from Monsters vs. Aliens, voiced by Seth Rogen in the movie. Blizzard develops their big titles themselves, with basically no interference from the Activision side, which means you will will not hear about their release dates until it is absolutely ready.

The companies are merged, which I'm pretty sure means they still publish all of their seperate titles, just under one name. Blizzard produces very few games themselves, so I'm pretty sure everything listed and shown above are either Activision titles, or Vivendi titles (a third company which also merged).

I think Blizzard should drop the whole WoW fad and work solely on Diablo III : )

I only want to know when Diablo III comes out... that's only if the game lets me use a controller. The constant clicking of Diablo II managed to screw me up to the point where I can no longer play it for more than a half hour at a time.
