New Xbox Live Avatar Clothes For New Years

A new update for the Xbox Live Avatars comes in the form of clothing. According to the news article, party clothes have become available for download. The article has a list for some of the new items that gamers can purchase.

As always, all this clothing is free. It's automatically added to your Avatar's "wardrobe" when you connect to Xbox Live and is tagged with a "star" so you can find it easier. Your Avatars will definitely look sharp at their virtual New Years Party.

    with the exception of the pixel art hoodie, everything they've added has been stupid as shit. i'm guessing theyre saving all the cool shit for a package which will not be free.

    Gotta agree with Bandito. Those all sound like crap. I want a Halo hoodie, or other branded stuff. But unfortunately, we're gonna end up paying for that stuff if/when it arrives.

    They may look stupid, but at least they are updating it. We could have been stuck with the standard clothes the whole time.

    I'm still holding out for game-related outfits. No doubt they're going to charge for it, though.

    I still think a Call of Duty 4-style ghillie suit would be a cool way to deck out an Avatar.
