Remember this? Well, it seems this is gonna come out not only on PC, but on Wii and DS as well. Frankly, I've never seen many games that come only for PC, Wii and DS.
I think Wii and DS would be a good choice, seeing as many females who would want to play this game would be casual gamers who own a Wii or a DS. (Not trying to be stereotypical here.)

Curly haired doctors, bizarre love relations and metaphorical end speeches doesn’t fit in the TV anymore, since it’s spreading to the Wii, DS and PC with virus speed. Ubisoft today announced that they have signed a licensing agreement with ABC Studios to develop the acclaimed TV-show’s videogame for the above mentioned platforms. We’re hesitant to study this game any closer without mouth protection and latex gloves, since Ubisoft’s adaption of Lost and their earlier ditching of the Heroes game left us a bit worried. Nonetheless, Ubisoft is bubbling with excitement, although explanation of specific gameplay elements are sparse.

My mom would so totally buy this game. It'll give someone a reason to play with my Wii, which is sitting in a corner collecting dust while my 360 is laughing at it and calling it names.

Maybe you should try shopping in the UK... that's about 50% of videogame releases these days.
