Electronic Theatre reports on information received from Harmonix and MTV Games, stating that Lenny Kravitz will arrive on Rock Band tommorrow on Xbox360, and on Jan 15th for PLAYSTATION3.

Harmonix and MTV Games announced today that the inimitable singer-songwriter and producer Lenny Kravitz will bring four of his greatest hits to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content. The multi-talented Kravitz has sold more than thirty million albums and won four consecutive Grammy awards for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance 1999-2002, setting a record for most wins in a single category. Kravitz' classic rock star style and one-of-a-kind, smooth sound that blends the best of soul, rock and funk have left many to classify him as one of the most regarded rock musicians of his time.

I've had a soft spot for Lenny Kravitz for years now. It formed when I watched a music video he did for American Woman in the second Austin Powers movie, just epic.

Yeah, I have a soft spot for Lenny too. I am debating getting any more Rock Band DLC though. When friends are over it is great, but when wanting to play online I can't seem to find another player with any tracks downloaded except the free ones.

Thats no reason to NOT buy DLC. Besides, there are rumors of SMB coming next week, followed by Texas Flood the following week. Things can only get better.

As for Lenny, I'm just disappointed they didn't put "Fly Away" up as DLC. One of my favorites. Atleast "Are You Gonna Go My Way" is gonna be on there. Great song.

Touche reaver 11, touche... /agree it is a weak reason not to buy RB DLC - especially since I was one of the people praising RB2 over Guitar Hero for backwards compatability and knowing there is a chance these tracks can be used again in RB3 (if and when it comes) as opposed to Guitar Hero (which I am still burned about)

/agree though, I wish "Fly Away" was included, psyched "Are You Gonna Go MY Way" made the cut.
