Pachter Not Budging On PS3 Price Drop After Sony Losses

Analyst Michael Pachter made headlines this week for predicting a $100 Playstation 3 price drop. He still feels that way in the wake of major operating losses for Sony.

Unconfirmed reports of a $1.1 billion operating loss for Sony hasn’t changed the mind of industry analyst Michael Pachter, who said a day earlier that the Playstation 3’s price will be slashed in April.

    Pachter, lol. I remember that episode on GT where he said PSN only has 1 million members. He was about 16 million more off, haha.

    It really does not surprise me they would drop the price. They have to keep up with Microsoft and Nintendo.
