C&C Red Alert 3 Ultimate Edition Coming to PS3?

It seems that PS3 owners will get a special bonus in the C&C Red Alert 3 which is not included in the Xbox 360 and PC versions. This 'Ultimate Edition' is set to include Bloopers, behind-the-scenes, and developer videos; new multiplayer maps; the game's soundtrack; a Units Profile video detailing all the units in the game; and an HD version of the "Girls of Red Alert 3" video that highlights the actresses in the game.

When producer David Silverman confirmed the PlayStation 3 version of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 was still in the works, he also hinted that PS3 gamers would be rewarded for their extra wait with bonus content not included in the PC and Xbox 360 versions. Well, it looks like we now know what that content is: VideoGaming247 picked up on a listing on the EA Store for "Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 Ultimate Edition," which indeed appears to include quite a bit of extra content.

    I just bought this game today on PC. *bleep*ing rocks. Best RTS I have played, even beats warcraft 3!! The graphics are vibrant and clean, the particle effects are amazing, the sound track ROCKS, the integrated video uplinks during battle is awesome(eg, when you encounter an enemy the commander will come on screen and like taunt you and stuff) Great Cut-scenes. You can even give orders to your team mates! like you can tell them to plan an attack here, and they will start building up forces and try and launch an attack.

    And they even come up with tactics, EG they will come up and say should I attack this location/base with "enter unit name", and you can say if you want to do it or not. Its awesome. AI is good too.

    Plus it has HOT CHICKS, who doesn't like a game with HOT CHICKS.

    All in all, its just an awesome game and everyone should own it!

    Since my PC is pretty crap, and I don't own an Xbox, I guess I'm still waiting for the PS3 version to come out. I hope this Ultimate Edition is good.

      I've got the same problem, except you can substitute the PS3 with a 360. But I bought the game on the PC because despite the horrible graphics that I have to put up with, I'd play an RTS on a PC over a console any day because of the controls. I've grown up playing the Red Alert franchise on the PC and those controls just seem so natural to me now that I wouldn't want to give it up in favor of graphics.

    I'd love it to come with the Command & Conquer games EA left off the Playstation 3 but put on the Xbox 360. Then it'd definately be the ultimate edition.

    Agreed. But, to be honest, I'm glad EA is bringing RA3 to the PS3. I've been a fan of the series ever since the original Red Alert.
