Dead Fantasy III to be out by July

For those not in the know Dead Fantasy is the popular fan made production featuring Final Fantasy and Dead or Alive, the two previous installments available for viewing here. After a long wait the third episode is almost complete, as said by creator MontyOum on his DeviantART it will be out by July.

Well it's been a while. Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been quite busy with my current projects. But then again no news is good news right? Progress is going well for the next few episodes of Dead Fantasy. I do hope I'll be able to meet my May Deadline, but honestly it seems more July is more realistic. That's about as much as I can say about it really. It's going well, well enough in fact that I don't want to waste time writing when I could be working.

    I dunno. Seems like a bit of a waste to have such a combination between the two. What about a different version of Dissidia for PS3 or PC instead?

      HUH? What article are you talking about? This one is about a fan made movie combining the female cast of Final Fantasy and Dead or Alive duking it out. Check out the vids if you've never seen them before the creator is fantastic.

    It was always a novel idea, but with Final Fantasy's lack of... compelling females, I never did like the character choices.

    That's not his fault, of course. I just... can't bring myself to care anymore.

    It's pretty cool, but man does he favor FF way more. The DoA girls get their asses handed to them, especially in DFII. He's making this short, right? Like just showing one of the fights?

    Since it's down to four 1v1s, I think he'll end up making it a tie, two for DoA, two for FF.

    Been a fan of Dead Fantasy for a while, fricken awesome fan series, the animation is insanely well done and i cannot wait for the next installment and wonder what the creator will do after Dead Fantasy.
