The recently announced Left 4 Dead DLC which is survival mode and 2 new campaigns, will be free for both Xbox360 and PC. This is great news for owners of the game as they get a brand new mode which will add more playability to this multiplayer game for absolutely nothing.

Straight from the horse's mouth comes word that the upcoming DLC pack for Valve's Left 4 Dead is to be free of charge. That means that you and your fellow survivors can enjoy the new 'survival mode' as well as the two new campaigns for no charge.

This is so great! Free DLC is always welcome, more companies should look into doing it.
