Director of the God of War movie Brett Ratner has moved on from the project to direct yet another starring Chris Tucker, this time alongside Eddie Murphy (Rattner is behind the Rush Hour movies), sources say.

According to Production Weekly: "Over at Universal it looks like Brett Ratner has shelved 'God Of War,' and is moving forward on 'Trump Heist' with Eddie Murphy and Chris Tucker."

Thank *bleep*ing lord. I really didn't trust him with a God of War movie, I'd rather trust t in the hands of a director that's more experienced with movies similar to God of War's genre.

I bet he did this because he realised Chris Tucker would look really bad as Kratos and his one track mind couldn't think of a better actor to replace him with...

I'm just happy Chris Tucker is doing something new.

    His last three projects:

    1. Rush Hour 3
    2. Rush Hour 2
    3. Rush Hour 1

Those are his only movies IN THE LAST DECADE!

Finally, he's moving on......I still love the Rush Hour movies, though

Well? There was hardly any coverage whatsoever, so it's not like anybody's gonna miss it. I sure as hell wouldn't wanna see it...unless it's someone with Michael Bay or Steven Spielberg or something with Jerry Bruckheimer...just for awesome special effects.

Well, ignoring Dawn of the Dead, I'll give him props for 300 and the upcoming Watchmen.

What's wrong with Dawn of the Dead?

Anyway, just because the directer backed out doesn't mean the movie's not going to come out.

It's possible, but most likely they either find another director, or wait until Bret comes back.
