Finally! Team Ico Will Be Present at GDC!

Finally! What every Team Ico fan has been waiting for. Fumito Ueda has been confirmed to give a press speech at Game Developer's Conference this year. In all hopes that every Ico and SotC fans will see Team Ico's new game. GDC is set for March 23-27. Nearly a month away and I'm already to excited!

Here we go. Team ICO legend Fumito Ueda has been confirmed as a GDC speaker.

The news is likely to cause many, many people to go *bleep*ing nuts, quite frankly.

With Ueda in town there’ll only be one assumption: that Sony’s readying to show the next Team ICO game.

    I really doubt that there will be a new game announcement. This is a panel discussion about game design in the east vs. the west, with Ueda, Suda 51, Emil Pagliarulo (Bethesda), and Marc MacDonald (8-4).

    If Team ICO were to unveil a new game, it would either be at E3 or TGS. Not GDC. If you're expecting some sort of announcement, you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

      Companies have revealed their games while still tlaking about the technology behind them and other stuff I.E. geras of war 2. Which was announced at last years GDC. So its still very possible that we can hear something about their game.

          Seriously. I would get off my ass and get a job just to buy a Playstation 3 for their next game. Ueda for world domination!

    It'd be nice, though. Its been, what? Almost 4 years since SotC was released? Isn't it about time they showed us something? I mean, a game can only go so long unseen before it becomes annoying.
