LittleBigPlanet, Motorstorm, Rock, Assassin's Creed and more coming to PSP!

Finally, the PSP is about to get its biggest breakthrough ever. Among the scheduled 2009 PSP lineup, Motorstorm Artic Edge has been announced for the PSP along with other surprises including Assassin's Creed PSP and even LittleBigPlanet!

Big news coming out of the Phoenix area, where SCEA’s annual Destination PlayStation conference is taking place. I’ve copied the entire press release for you below, but here are some of the highlights:

New PSP bundles coming in 2009, including an Assassin’s Creed PSP Entertainment Pack and a Hannah Montana PSP Entertainment Pack, which includes a new Lilac PSP.
Some of your favorite games are going portable for the first time, with exclusive PSP editions: MotorStorm Arctic Edge (also coming to PS2), LittleBigPlanet, and the Petz series.
The Warhawk Command Center launches in PlayStation Home this week.

    We've known about LittleBigPlanet PSP for awhile now, but it's nice to see real confirmation of it's existance.

    And since this version Assassin's Creed is a fair few months 'late' now, maybe we'll get some new AC2 info with it/from it?

    You mean I HAVE to buy a PSP now?

    I guess if I can rummage up a PSP, I can play LBP while I'm at university.

    Might pick up LBP.

    I haven't played my PSP for ages. Its just the stupid way the UMD case sticks out on the left after ware and tear pisses me off(Because Sony didn't bother putting a spring on the left side).

    But Ill probs pick this up, might be a fun thing to play on the go.

    I didn't like Retribution, I thought it was kinda lame. Nice techincal feat though.

    same here, i will try to avoid retribution, but Motorsotrm PSP is a must have for me.

    Definately going to buy LBP and Assassins Creed for my PSP. Should give me a reason to finally dust it off and spend some time on it again.

    Motorstorm looks promising, hopefully a much more up-scale PS3 Motor festival in Alaska is in the making.
