If you can no longer stand to wait for the game, and have already watched every promo of the upcoming "Chronicles of Riddick", you must download and play this demo for your XBox 360.

We have to remember that the game will be fully released for XBox360, Playstation 3 and PC on April 7th 2009.

"Chronicles of Riddick - Assault on Dark Athena" (this is the full name of the product) will take the player right inside the movie. The main character is Riddick, an exiled killer, who will have to use all of his skills of infiltration and fighting to win over a mercenary space ship, the Dark Athena. By the plot going on, you won't miss some scary and suspency details.

The level introduced in the demo is "Athena Main Decks", which is the main deck of the ship where the story will be set. According to Atari, we'll be able to appreciate a preview of all the main aspect of the gameplay: from the brute figting to the stealth actions, going through those moments where we'll just have to make our way by a rifle.

In the following video, introducing the game environment, you may notice how the technical part was cured: the graphics are very good, the details are made in an accurate way and the 3D audio management left nothing behind.



This is an exemplary technical production, which was also characteristic of "Escape From Butcher Bay", prequel to "Assault on Dark Athena". We'll just have to wait and see wether, as the game's rights went from Vivendi to Atari, the quality of the final product has been affected.
