LittleBigPlanet keeps advancing the industry, and after winning many awards, it continues to impress fans. Now LittleBigPlanet will receive its own YouTube channel allowing fans of the game to come to together in one very popular website.

The channel will feature all the latest LBP news, and of course champion the best levels coming out of the game's user generated community.

"The official UK LittleBigPlanet YouTube page will celebrate this User Generated Content by hosting a favourites section, featured users, tutorials from Media Molecule themselves, cultural collaborations, challenges, event promotions and footage," reads Sony's press release.

“LBP has been a huge hit on YouTube with hundreds of users posting up their creative efforts”

"Visitors can become fans of the page, vote on and link their favourite videos to their own page as well as giving hints and tips to each other."

I wonder if this is a sign that the feature to record videos in-game is on its way? Who knows.

How exactly is creating a Youtube channel for fans "advancing the industry"?

He never said that this was an example of industry advancement, he just said the game is in general.

He said "LittleBigPlanet keeps advancing the industry", as if this new Youtube channel is another example of it advancing the industry.

He either genuinely does believe the Youtube channel is advancing the industry, or sucks at writing articles.

Well, with some of the hall of fame moments you've had ('That's just ridicules') it's not really too harsh to say that. But at least you make articles, which is appreciated a lot more then needless and sarcastic drivel-made comments.

These websites really need to get with the times! The news is kinda old. This went nearly immediately when Sony took part in partnering with google and working with youtube to get their own kit for in-game video recording.

Yes, Mud, you're right: gameplay recording is going to be in an update
