Nintendo: Fatal Frame IV Isn't Coming To Europe Either

This looks like the final nail in the coffin. A few days ago Nintendo of America announced that Fatal Frame IV will not be coming to America.
Today, Nintendo of Europe have also revealed that they have no plans on releasing the game in PAL regions either.

So, what of Europe? Nintendo just re-iterated to SPOnG that, "there are currently no plans to release this game in Europe."
That's obviously not a 'never', but it's not looking too promising.

    So while Japan gets one of the scariest games on the Wii and coolest aswell, both america and PAL regions are getting Cooking Mama 2 and Party babiez??

    Wow, a game that could have potential to draw in some serious extra attention and they decide to lock it away in Japan? Moves like this don't help the Wii's shovelware image at all.
