The first person shooter from Ubisoft, Haze, has now been confirmed for release on the PlayStation 3 for Fall 2007 while release dates for the previously announced 360 and PC versions are still up in the air. It is uncertain as to whether or not Haze will remain a PS3 exclusive or if 360 and PC versions of Haze will just ship at a later date like sometime in 2008. Either way, Haze looks like a first person shooter with a seemingly deep and mysterious storyline with some very lush and stylized visuals. It looks promising.

This morning, Ubisoft revealed that the PS3 is now the "lead platform" for Free Radical's forthcoming shooter, Haze. Originally set for a release on the Xbox 360, PC, and PS3 this spring, the game will now debut solely on the PS3 this fall.

Hmmm, so this was the exclusive the Ubisoft Ceo was hinting at. It sounds promising.

That would really suck if it was an exclusive. I keep hearing promising things about this game. I'm still waiting on the gameplay, though.

It wasn't already an exclusive to the PS3? I was sure that it was an exclusive. Guess I was right.

This game is not an exclusive for PS3. Haze has always been confirmed as a multi platform game.

I'll just post it now on GG.

I'm guessing it will also release on PC and the 360.

We all know how hard it is for Sony to hold on to exclusive titles these days.

Yeah that's my prediction too, it'll start off on the PS3 then soon after fly off to the 360 and PC with extra features or something.
