The Ps3 is a powerful machine, but also complex. Many dev's have come out saying this, while others the opposite. Well the team behind God Of War 3 said they had to re-think the way tho go at things because of the PS3's complex architecture.

God of War 3 director Stig Asmussen has said that the complexity of PS3 development forced his team to "re-think things", but backs Sony's decision to go with the more complicated hardware.

Speaking about statements made by Sony boss Kaz Hirai, that insinuated Sony intentionally made PS3 hard to develop for, Asmussen said: "From my perspective he is essentially saying that Sony made the conscious decision to make the PS3 as powerful as possible, and if that meant it was going to be a beast to program for, 'so be it'."

If anyone can harness the power of the PS3, it's the God Of War team. They pushed the PS2 way beyond what anyone ever expected - God Of War II still looks better than some current-gen games, and that's saying something.

They never said they were having problems, per se; they are only insinuating that it is challenging.

Its a good reason why its taking almost as long as the first GOW to be devolped.

But give us a little more info puh-leese! I want some info on the story progression. Maybe 1 or 2 NON-God boss fights (but not anything that would spoil anything). But keep it at a minimum. I don't want to go into the game knowing every boss like I did with GOWII.
