Silver DualShock 3 coming to NA in June

People like to have choices. Some might like black, while others silver. Now you can have that option. Gamestop will be recieving the silver DualShock 3 controllers on June 24th.

A listing for a Silver Dual Shock 3 controller has appeared on EBGames.com. The retailer indicates that the controller will be shipping on June 24, so you might want to hold off on any Dual Shock 3 purchases. The price point, $54.99, remains the same as the traditional black controller.

    I wished they would come out with controller skins for the DS3 in stores, I would rather buy them there than online. Black and Silver do get boring. (or will get boring)

    I originally loved the silver idea when they were considering it to be the PS3 and all that (Before launch). But now . . . I honestly just don't care one bit!

    It'd be nice to have as an extra change of pace, but to me it'd grow old and be something good for a single day. Like Shattered, I'd prefer skins so that the color can be changed every so often.

    I've had one since last year.

    Albeit it was a Japanese version, but it's essentially identical.

    Meh, I'm perfectly happy with my black controllers. It's not like I sit and look at my controller while playing and go "I'd really love some new colors for my controllers". I mean, what's the point?

    As long as the paint doesn't come off

    I may get one just to spice up my collection. That way I will actually be able to tell one of my controllers apart

      After having mine, a small smudge is off at the base of one of the palmgrips, but apart from that, the rest of the paint is in essentially perfect condition.

    I'm not bothered, I never really liked the silver ones.
