Do you own a Nintendo Wii but haven't really considered it's online capabilities?
To help boost online gaming on the Wii, Nintendo will soon be starting a "Get it Online" marketing campaign ....

Nintendo is embarking on a major cross-platform push to encourage Wii console gamers to play online.

The computer games giant, which has sold 14.2m Wii consoles across Europe, has begun an eight-week promotion under the tagline ‘Get it online’ to show gamers how to connect their Wi-Fi-enabled console to the internet.

Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros and Pro Evolution Soccer are among the games highlighted by the Wii campaign as ideal for playing against friends online.

Wow, that's weird, considering it came out Holiday 2006. You must've imported some Jap beta shit or something.

Wait my Wii has online? Why didn't they tell me this blatantly obvious fact when I got it? Next they're going to tell me it needs Friend Codes...

And in all seriousness is there much point advertising the online if there isn't anything new to it? It's just something they should of done a while ago and didn't. And at most I can think of 3, maybe 4 games that have worthwhile online on the Wii. 3 are screwed up by lag, the other isn't even released.
Nintendo get new servers already -_-
