Deadpool to return in new game, and maybe Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

According to a secret 'announcement' in the new X-Men Origins: Wolverine game, our beloved non-hero Deadpool it seems (emphasis on seems) will be making an appearance in the new Marvel Ultimate Alliance game (as he did with the last one), but a recent interview with Origins' project lead seems to lean more towards a game dedicated to Deadpool himself, which he states his team will likely be working on next.

Good news, ja.

    Isn't the title a little backwards? He'll return in MUA2, and maybe a new game? :S

      Nah, because Activision hasn't confirmed it yet. The only proof apparently is an image in the wolverine game (which I haven't seen, so can't say if it's even an ad for MUA2). It kinda just hints at the fact that it most likely is for MUA2. A strong hint, but still not really confirmed.

      The new game is practically announced..I took the image thing as a nod to it...IGN thinks it means he's coming to MUA2.

        You didn't have to put an emphasis on seems, it just looked like he was confirmed. But eh, 99% sure he'll make it into MUA2, just about everyone from MUA should be in it.

    There has been talks on this subject on the the XO:W official site and Raven deny a Deadpool game but say they would love to make one.

    This should be two separate articles man, I'm getting the sources all mixed up. Ketchup shouldnt mix with mustard dude. Its unnatural.

    If you ask me, it's pretty much a given that he'll be in Ultimate Alliance 2 anyway man. They're making a Deadpool film apparently. The wolverine film was awesome.

    If Deadpool is not in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, I will boycott video games and it will take more than Call of Duty 6 to bring me back.

    Deadpool was my favorite character to use in that game.

    I REALLY want to enjoy MUA2! I tried to enjoy the first one but just couldn't get into the game. I wonder if I should try it again, and try to get the next one too. I feel left out here.

      To get the most out of Marvel Ultimate Alliance, play it with friends. You'll have a blast if everybody's loaded up with their favorite characters and plowing through Asgard or Castle Doom.

        Yeh man that's the way to do it, it's an arcade game really. One pretty stupid thing about it though, there was some characters, that you couldnt unlock until you'd gone through the whole game, and then when you've done that, you cant even go back and redo the levels. Freakin jip man.

          Well I picked it up yesterday. Wow it really is a great game! I'll have to wait for the weekend to get together with some friends and play though. Wait, might be able to do that later today if I get home early enough!
