Sales for 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand have been terrible. Within 3 months, the game, released for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, has sold only 56,000 units.

Better reviews don't seem to be helping 50 Cent's newest video game.

Despite earning higher review scores than 2005's 50 Cent Bulletproof, February's Blood on the Sand has sold an estimated 56,000 copies in the U.S. between its February launch and early April.

There's no one that wants to play games like this anymore. I don't either.

This is pretty funny. Bulletproof was panned by pretty much every gaming critic, yet managed to sell over 2 million copies. This game however, while not being considered a masterpiece was considered by many as a fun game or a good rental, yet the sales are horrible.

People just couldn't get past the fact that the last game sucked.

They just weren't interested, hell I wasn't either until I saw the reviews. Not gonna get it, but it looks a hell of alot better than the last one.

This is because no one wants to play as 50 Cent, especially when the game's premise is ridiculous and relies on swearing at almost every turn.

Lighting doesnt strike twice and people antied the hell up to the fact that his games are not worth the price of admission.

Stick to singing, although I praise neither.

Singing, or he can become a daredevil. For a guy who has to put it out there that he's been shot nine times, let's see what else he can do!

Sorry no matter what the reviews net, I just can't take this game serious at all........not even on a 'just wanna have fun' level.
