RatedG4Gamer.com grabs the mic and takes on the newest family member to Singstar. Singstar Pop Edition, with over 30 tracks and new trophies, its set to be another smash hit for Sony.

Singstar Pop Edition also brings the long awaited trophy update, which has been bundled on to the disc. This will enable you to obtain trophies based on a variety of tasks that you need to complete. Trophies can be unlocked for Singstar using any of the Singstar titles for the PS3 once the automatic update is complete.

Another new edition is voice control. Instead of having to select your songs and game type via a controller you now can just talk in to the mic and tell the game what song you want to play.
