Blizzard, Nintendo & Rockstar North Industry's Most Bankable Developers

Electronic Theatre delivers the news that Develop's annual Top 100 Developers book features Blizzard Entertainment at the top spot, knocking Nintendo down to second place.

31 studios from across Europe feature in the list - 26 of them in the UK. These include the likes of Rockstar North (third on the list and responsible for the Grand Theft Auto franchise), LEGO Star Wars developer Traveller's Tales (11th) and Media Molecule (18th), the developer of LittleBigPlanet - and the highest placed independent UK studio on the list.

      What about Warcraft and Starcraft...they've only sold a *bleep*ing billion copies of those as well.

        Hey, they also Capcom with Monster Hunter. I can assure you this pretty much sold the PSP, especially in Japan, where the rate of PSP owner that is playing MH is 3/4. That is extremely good odds.
