More Modern Warfare 2 Details Emerging -- no co-op, play time, and more

Additional details regarding Infinity Ward's upcoming Modern Warfare 2 are emerging courtesy of leaks from the next issue of Game Informer. Details include the lack of co-op, the length of the campaign, snowmobile segments and more.

Taking Infinity Ward’s reputation and the level of hype behind Modern Warfare 2 into consideration, its November release is shaping up to be one of the most significant gaming events in 2009.

    Awww.....Playing with someone else is fun...Especially when you sacrifice them to run away to heal/get ammo/ect

    Just thought I'd add that bit from the post to clarify the co-op info - but yes, it's too bad that story mode won't have co-op.

    No co-op? What are they insane? Co-op is awesome. Lack of co-op these days typically sucks in shooters.

    Glad at the respawn thing. It sucked in veteran when you were cowering behind a door fire a couple of bullets only for them to keep coming back and then lob 6 grenades at you.

      This will be an amazing thing to fix from COD4. I couldn't get through the game on the hardest difficulty because of the respawn thing.

    No co-op? Aww, that means no Zombies. And I bet Infinity Ward would have done an excellent job at it, too.

    Wow, that just completely killed my buzz for the game -_-

    I very rarely play games by myself these days.

    As much as no co-op sucks, it doesn't really bother me.

    I don't really play console games with anyone anymore anyways.

    I DO play alot of Xbox Live though.

    But yeah, lack of features aside, MW2 is looking to be an awesome game.
