This seems to have settled some worries for people. inFamnous lets you go back and forth between evil and good. For example if you decide to be a little more evil on a certain mission, you can go ahead and still go back to being good after a few good karma missions. Now you don't have to create two game saves one for being good and the other for evil.

Players aren’t saddled with a “good” or “evil” choice in inFamous, Sucker Punch co-founder Bruce Oberg has told the PlayStation Blog, and can instead switch between the two through the open-worlder’s adventure.

“Good and evil in inFamous is not just a binary choice,” said Oberg, speaking in the video interview after the break.

“You don’t have to be good and evil the whole game. You can go back and forth between it. And depending on whether you’re good or evil at any particular time, you can actually choose to upgrade your powers in different ways.”

Hate to say it, but this has been known for a while now, people have mentioned it in previews and stuff.

Thought this would have been a basic concept from the start in the first place.

I thought it was. Just wasn't implemented in early preview builds.
