Electronic Theatre reports on the confirmation the the European version of The Sims 3 has gone "Gold", and provides some new screenshots to celebrate.

To celebrate this news, Electronic Arts has released a handful of new screenshots. Two have been “borrowed” for the UK from the US Mother’s Day celebrations, the other six are brand new.
