Well, it's not really a game you can buy. It's a homebrew game being released for the PC and Dreamcast. The game is called Hypertension. Not much is known about the game right now other than the fact that it is being made using the Edge Engine, which is based off of iD's Doom source code.

Good news for Dreamcast fans as you all will have a new reason to go back in your old days due to a homebrew title that is on its way onto PC & Dreamcast.
